Dominika is a Principal in True’s New York office and a member of the Product, Data & Technology Practice.
Prior to joining True, Dominika started her career in chemistry before transitioning into executive search. Most recently she worked for the New Jersey State Police as a forensic scientist and has held various positions across the private, public and higher education system.
As a scientist at heart, Dominika gravitates towards complexity, most often partnering with companies building AI-enabled technologies, deep-tech software, and hardware-reliant platforms.
She graduated from John Jay College of Criminal Justice with a bachelor’s in forensic chemistry and continued her studies at Rutgers University for a Master’s in business and science.
