Dominika is a senior associate in True’s New York office and a member of the Product, Data & Technology practice.

Prior to joining True, Dominika started her career in chemistry before transitioning into executive search. Most recently she worked for the New Jersey State Police as a forensic scientist and has held various positions across the private, public and higher education system.

She graduated from John Jay College of Criminal Justice with a bachelor's in forensic chemistry and continued her studies at Rutgers University for a master’s in business and science.
