Mel is a principal in True’s Product, Data & Technology and Artificial Intelligence Practices. Based in Los Angeles, she partners with high-growth private and public technology companies, specializing in placing senior product, data, and technology executives.
Prior to True, Mel spent five years at ServiceTitan, most recently serving as the global recruiting lead for executive search. In this role, she partnered with the co-founders and executive team to lead VP and C-suite hiring across the business as the company transitioned from a pre-IPO venture to a public organization. She owned the full search lifecycle across every function, including engineering, product, design, finance, legal, operations and GTM, while managing concurrent searches and navigating a complex, high-expectation stakeholder environment at the most senior levels of the business.
