Pallavi is a Principal in True’s Healthcare practice where she focuses on CEO, COO and Go-to-Market searches in high-growth, VC/PE-backed healthcare tech, digital health and healthcare services businesses, with a specialization in VBC.
Prior to True, Pallavi worked at Soul Search, a boutique digital health retained executive search firm focusing on placing CEO/CCO talent into venture, growth equity and publicly traded digital health businesses. As an early team member, she contributed to talent development, learning and development initiatives, and the buildout of the firm’s operational infrastructure.
Pallavi spent the early part of her career working in the Rec2Rec space, placing revenue generating partners into boutique and SHREK executive search firms. She earned her BA in political science from the University of California, Berkeley and is certified in transformational mediation from her time in Scotland at the University of St Andrews.
