Ally is a partner in True’s Healthcare Practice. She specializes in executive leadership searches for private equity-backed healthcare companies, partnering with investors and management teams to identify and recruit senior leaders who can help organizations scale and drive value creation.
Prior to joining True, Ally worked at Linden Capital Partners, where she partnered closely with portfolio company leadership teams on talent strategy, organizational design, and senior executive hiring. In this role, she supported leadership teams across Linden’s healthcare portfolio, helping to build and strengthen executive teams during periods of growth and transformation. Earlier in her career, she worked in executive search at Oxeon Partners, where she focused on healthcare leadership searches and developed deep expertise across the healthcare services ecosystem.
Ally began her career operating in early-stage healthcare companies, gaining firsthand experience in the challenges and opportunities associated with building and scaling emerging healthcare organizations.
She holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Healthcare Management from Belmont University.
