Josh Withers

Bio:

A True founder, Josh joined in starting True because he recognized his clients need for a firm focused on transparency, data and a collaborative approach. He also believes in building strong relationships with up and coming talent and established leaders in today’s disruptive technology companies.

Josh has served True in many roles over the years including, GM of North America search, head of the CEO/Board practice and launched our client services initiative. He has also helped with the continued development of our platform strategy and product roadmap.

Before starting True, Josh held consultant roles with Heidrick & Struggles, Howard Fischer and CTPartners.

Josh has a Bachelor of Arts degree in communication from San Diego State University.
