She has extensive experience partnering with organizations at various stages of growth, from Series A startups to publicly traded companies.

Before joining True, Micaela spent time with agencies within the WPP portfolio, where she held various media strategy positions, collaborating with high-profile consumer brands to optimize marketing efforts. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from Fairfield University, with a strong foundation in business and marketing.
