Bio:
Paola is an associate in True's Climate Tech practice and based in Washington D.C.
Prior to joining True, Paola worked at Russell Reynolds Associates, a global leadership and advisory firm where she developed her interest in executive search. She is looking forward to further developing her executive search career at True with a functional focus in CEO/COO searches.
Paola obtained her Bachelor of Arts in foreign affairs and religious studies from the University of Virginia.
