Bio:
Sophie is a principal in True's CEO & Board Practice, specializing in operational mandates including GM/VP, COO, president and right-hand to the founder mandates. She partners closely with high-growth tech and consumer businesses at all stages, from Series A through publicly traded companies.
Prior to joining True, Sophie worked at a boutique search firm focused on VC and growth equity investment professionals.
Sophie attended Bucknell University where she majored in political science and captained the varsity lacrosse team.
