Josh is a partner and head of True’s Energy Transition & Industrial Practice across EMEA and APAC. As the first external partner hired, he joined True in 2023 to support the growth of the practice and contribute to the organization’s mission. He advises investors and their portfolio companies on building leadership teams and boards that can scale businesses across the energy transition industry.
Prior to joining True, Josh built and led the executive search business at Gibson Watts, establishing it as a global platform serving high-growth and clean tech companies. He previously spent a decade at a boutique executive search firm and began his career in management consulting.
Josh holds an MBA from the Open University and a BSc from the University of the West of England.
