Matthew joined True as a partner in the Go-to-Market practice.  He is part of True’s founding Toronto team and specializes in recruiting executives for venture and private equity-backed technology companies.

Prior to True, Matthew spent eight years as an owner and operator of a local boutique search firm where he built and led their Startup practice.  During his tenure they received recognition from the Profit 500 as one of Canada's fastest growing companies five years in a row.

Matthew received his Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Guelph and lives in Toronto.
