Chris Ricciuti is a partner in True’s Software and Enterprise Tech practice, specializing in business and professional services. He advises clients in identifying and placing CEOs, presidents, COOs, chief commercial officers and partners in top public professional services and technology companies as well as operating partners and other senior executives in private equity firms and their portfolio companies.

Prior to joining True, Chris was senior leader at Russell Reynolds in their technology, business and professional services practice with a focus on PE firms. Before RRA, Chris spent 25 years in professional services, building and executing strategic initiatives to improve clients’ revenue growth, organizational effectiveness, and operational efficiency. Chris was the managing partner of IBM Consulting for the Americas where he relaunched the consulting practice, focusing on value-driven strategy and operational execution. Previously, he was a managing director (partner) for North America at Accenture where he led transformational advisory services for the communications, media and technology sector.

Chris earned a bachelor’s degree with honors from Boston College and was a varsity athlete. He received his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and was his class officer.

A Boston native, Chris and his wife, Annette, love laughing with their twin girls, who now spend all of their time studying and playing lacrosse, soccer and basketball in and around Summit, NJ.
