With more than 25 years of experience spanning executive search, management consulting and industry leadership, Alison brings a strategic and consultative approach to every engagement. She advises boards, CEOs and senior executives through critical leadership decisions during periods of growth, transformation and organizational evolution.
Prior to joining True, Alison developed her expertise across a range of leading organizations, including Fortune 500 companies such as PepsiCo and Accenture, before founding and leading her own consulting firm for nearly 10 years. As a founder and advisor, she partnered with organizations on leadership, talent and business transformation initiatives, bringing a unique perspective shaped by both corporate and entrepreneurial experience.
