Stephanie Paris
/    Partner, co-Head of the Go-to-Market Practice

Stephanie co-leads True’s Go-to-Market practice, spanning functional areas including sales, marketing, customer success, sales/revenue operations, sales engineering/solutions architecture, business operations and strategy.  She works on the B2B side, recruiting VP and C-level executives for early through late stage technology companies.

As a partner in the San Francisco office, she previously built out True’s sales operations/revenue operations practice, executing searches for late stage and pre/post IPO clients including Datadog, Dynatrace, Databricks, Contentful, Github, Motive (fka KeepTruckin), Matillion, Samsara, Datto and Cockroach Labs.  She also spent time leading searches for VP/C level execs within sales and marketing, working with startups and earlier stage companies including Honeycomb, Mixmax, Chili Piper, Domino Data Lab, Envoy, Hopin, Deputy and Mason, and has completed more than 80 searches since joining True.

Prior to joining True, she ran the sales leadership division at Betts Recruiting, where she specialized in placing revenue leaders at high-growth technology startups.

Stephanie received a bachelor's degree with honors from Brown University.  She spends most weekends hiking the hills of Oakland with her husband Natty, son Arlo and two dogs, Molly and Rylee.
