Alex leads True’s APAC business and specialises in leadership searches for internet, software and fintech investments of leading venture capital firms.  Prior to joining he ran his own boutique search firm in Singapore.  At True he and his team play two main roles: supporting international clients with their APAC leadership hires and helping Asian companies attract experienced talent from more mature markets.

He brings over ten years of executive search experience, including five years at Korn Ferry within the technology practice.  Alex has been in Asia for six years having previously lived in London and San Francisco.

Alex is a proud father of identical twin girls and has a strong passion for all things sport; in particular tennis, skiing, football.
