Todd is a business builder at heart who previously founded and successfully exited two ventures. He sold his boutique executive search firm to GSI Commerce, later acquired by eBay where he served as the HR Business partner to the Enterprise Commerce organization and was part of the founding team of InterWorld, an e-commerce software company that achieved a multi-billion dollar IPO. Earlier in his career, Todd served as managing partner at Redwood Capital Group, an international advisory firm that provided investment banking, private equity and executive search services to technology companies.
