Prior to True, Natalie worked at JMI Equity, a technology focused private equity firm with over $6 billion of committed capital raised, where she worked with respective portfolio companies to optimize talent acquisition and HR initiatives.  Thereafter, she joined one of JMI’s portfolio companies, automotive Mastermind, as global head of talent, during its hyper growth stage being ranked the #2 fastest growing US software company by Inc. 5000, helping them exit to IHS Markit and S&P.

Before coming to True, Natalie worked at a boutique search firm that exclusively partnered with PE backed technology companies.  She’s recruited a multitude of cross-functional positions, with an emphasis on sales, ranging from individual contributors to senior leaders.

Natalie brings a holistic approach to recruiting, leveraging her operations and private equity experience to partner clients with the best executive talent.  She focuses on sales and marketing C-level hires at True.
