Amber is a principal in True’s Finance Practice, with a focus on healthcare.
Prior to True, Amber built her career in executive search across a variety of businesses, including boutique and early stage search firms. Most recently, she was a part of the in-house executive talent team at Redesign Health, a global venture studio focused on healthcare innovation.
Originally from Los Angeles, Amber is now a ‘new englander,’ living in southern New Hampshire and working out of Boston. She graduated from Brandeis University with dual degrees in business and anthropology, where she also played on the women’s basketball team.
