Alan Cork
/    Partner, co-Head of the Consumer International Practice

Alan leads the global food and beverage sector as well as co-leads the Consumer International Practice at True. He has more than 15 years of executive search experience across a range of F&B segments including CPG, restaurants, delivery and food / ag tech for venture, private equity, and public companies. Alan’s specialties include CEO, Board, Marketing and Sales roles. His understanding of these critical roles and functions, combined with his extensive experience in the consumer sector, allows him to effectively provide clients with solutions for recruitment, leadership assessment and succession planning.

Alan has over 17 years of industry experience in CPG food and marketing leadership roles to underpinning his search experience. These include leading consumer brands at P&G, Heinz, and General Mills, as well as marketing at American Express and OPUS, a leading real estate developer. In addition, his love and appreciation of F&B starting early via growing up working in his parent’s restaurant and hotel operations.

Alan earned a bachelor’s degree with honors in economics and German from the University of Wisconsin and an MBA in finance, marketing and strategy from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
