Keri specializes in C-suite and leadership placements and has a strong track record of helping companies increase diversity at the executive level.
Prior to True, Keri was the director of executive talent at Netflix where she led efforts to enable inclusive hiring of leadership talent. She fostered meaningful connections with underrepresented executive talent, developed recruiting and engagement strategies and provided counsel to senior leaders.
Previously, Keri was a partner at a boutique HR executive search firm where she built and led the global diversity, equity & inclusion practice. She led notable chief HR officer and D&I leadership searches for National Football League (NFL), American Airlines, Ford Motor Company, Zoom, Sonos, The New York Times, Cargill, Live Nation Entertainment, MGM, A+E Networks, among others. Keri started her career as an on-air broadcast journalist and interviewed several presidential candidates as well as former First Lady Michelle Obama at the White House.
Keri graduated from DePaul University where she was a scholarship track and field athlete. She resides in Chicago with her cool partner, Dutch, and their two young kids. She enjoys working out, reading, traveling, coaching youth basketball and spending time with family and friends.
