Alex is a principal in True’s Energy Transition & Industrial, Cybersecurity & Defense Tech and HardTech Practices. He partners with venture-backed, private equity-backed and public companies to build leadership teams, placing CEOs, go-to-market executives, CFOs and senior security and technical leaders to drive innovation and operational excellence.
Alex brings a differentiated perspective as a former operator, hiring manager and candidate, with more than 15 years of experience across high-growth, public and investor-backed organizations. Prior to executive search, he launched and led go-to-market teams at Schneider Electric, Amazon Web Services and Magic Leap.
Before stepping into these practitioner roles, Alex began his career in management consulting. During his time at Oliver Wyman and Censeo Consulting Group, he provided go-to-market and human capital advisory services to executives across leading aerospace, defense and cybersecurity companies, as well as private equity firms investing in these sectors and US government agencies including the Department of War and Department of State.
Alex earned his degree in political science from the University of Pennsylvania, where he led the school’s camping pre-orientation program (PennQuest) and Penn’s International Affairs Association. He is based in Miami with his wife and their two children.
