Alice (she/her) is a partner at True, helping mission-driven organizations find exceptional leaders.  With social impact as the common denominator, Alice’s work spans a wide range of asset classes, including nonprofit.  Whether helping a purpose-driven SaaS company find their next strategic chief people officer or supporting a tech-enabled nonprofit with a critical executive director placement, Alice works across industries and functions to help organizations solve their most pressing talent needs.  Underpinning her work is a strong commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion.  She upholds these values throughout the search, serving as a trusted advisor to clients and candidates alike.

Before True, Alice spent a decade leading executive search as a partner at a social sector firm.  She began her career working in schools and on staff at Teach For America and remains involved in K-12 education as a board member at Belmont Charter School in Philadelphia.  Alice earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia and also completed studies at Oxford University and the University of Pennsylvania.
