Bella is a principal in True’s London office, where she focuses on apparel, luxury and beauty as part of the firm’s global Consumer Practice.
She brings more than 15 years of sector experience to her work as a strategic partner for international clients, specialising in CEO, C-suite and Board-level mandates across private equity-backed, founder-led and listed businesses. Growing up in a vibrant home of fashion designers and artists, Bella is deeply passionate about the sector and intuitively understands creative industries and talent.
Before joining True, she spent eight years at Egon Zehnder, working primarily in London with a two-year stint in Los Angeles, and six years at The MBS Group. Drawing on both corporate and entrepreneurial contexts, Bella combines these to create a unique, tailored approach.
Bella spent her early childhood in Italy and is fluent in English and Italian; she read Italian language and literature at Oxford University. She is currently developing her French to the same level. Bella lives in East London and spends the weekends in the English countryside pursuing her other great passion: horse riding and classical dressage.
