Mitch is based in Los Angeles and has 20+ years of experience in entertainment, media and gaming. At True, he sits within the Product, Data & Technology practice, specializing in the Gaming, Entertainment, Media & Sports (GEMS) sector. Mitch leads executive search at the C-suite / VP-level and also has significant experience building out complete product & tech leadership teams for clients navigating digital transformation. Client experience includes PE / VC, Fortune 100 consumer brands, AAA gaming and sports franchises.

Prior to True, Mitch was a partner / practice lead with Katalyst Group, where he spent 10+ years leading executive search for consumer, media, and gaming clients. Previously, Mitch was a director of PE advisory with STEP Strategy Advisors, a Los Angeles based M&A advisory firm where he partnered with private equity firms in the consumer, media and technology sectors.

Mitch graduated from the Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University with degrees in finance and international business.
