Dan has been conducting executive searches and building management teams for more than two decades.  He has developed an extensive global network and knowledge base in many impactful technology domains allowing him to place C-suite and VP level roles.  Dan’s innovative approach and passion for identifying and attracting top talent has enabled him to become a recognized leader in executive search execution.  Dan sits in True’s Energy Transition, Industrial & Climate Tech practice as a sector lead for Transportation, Manufacturing, Industrial, Robotics & AI.

He has performed searches across a wide range of technology verticals including artificial intelligence, robotics, energy, automotive and mobility, aerospace technology, smart cities and buildings, internet of things and agricultural and food technology with both large public and private companies, as well as growth-stage companies.

Earlier in his career, Dan was the technology and engineering practice leader for a leading executive search firm in Philadelphia during the dot.com era.  He also served as a business development director and account manager for an international human capital advisory firm.  Dan earned Bachelor of Science degree in political science from St. Vincent College.
