Macy is a principal in True’s Healthcare practice, predominantly working across CEO and board searches for venture capital and private equity-backed companies that are driving change within the healthcare technology ecosystem.

Prior to joining True, Macy worked for a boutique search firm, partnering with private healthcare technology companies to place executives across multiple functions at the VP and C-suite level.  Previously, she worked closely with the Techstars/UnitedHealthcare accelerator to consult with founders of early stage health tech companies on cross-functional growth and creative projects across the board.

Macy attended the University of Wisconsin where she studied biochemistry, Italian and most importantly, Big10 sports.

She grew up between SoCal, Scottsdale and small town Minnesota.  Outside of the office, you can find her boxing, exploring the NYC restaurant scene, reading or walking around the West Village with her Long Haired German Shepherd named Lasagna.
