Scott Millard is a Client Partner in True’s Product, Data & Technology Practice, specializing in C-suite and VP-level executive search across engineering, product, data and AI. He brings a perspective shaped by experience on both sides of the executive search equation, having spent his career across in-house talent leadership roles at Meta and Amazon and global search firms including Russell Reynolds Associates and Heidrick & Struggles.
Scott partners with high-growth companies at every stage, from venture-backed businesses building their leadership teams to scaled enterprises navigating their next phase of growth. He combines a deep understanding of the talent market with firsthand experience of the challenges organizations face when identifying and hiring leaders who can drive meaningful impact.
Scott holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Rhode Island. A lifelong Rhode Islander, he now lives outside Boston with his wife and three children.
