Glenna McCray is a partner in True’s Go-to-Market Practice, based in the San Francisco office. She specializes in C-suite and VP search across sales, marketing, revenue operations, and sales engineering and solutions architecture, with deep expertise in early- and growth-stage B2B SaaS— particularly horizontal business applications and developer tools.
Some of her later-stage clients include Datadog, LogicMonitor, SmartBear, Instructure, Databricks, Motive (fka KeepTruckin), Samsara and Commercetools; earlier-stage clients include Sierra AI, Ontra, Builder.io, Otter.ai, Bitly, DuploCloud, Customer.io and Tabnine. She has closed more than 130 searches since joining True.
Prior to True, Glenna was a segment lead at Betts Recruiting, where she specialized in placing GTM leaders at high-growth technology startups including Pendo.io and Tessian.
Glenna received a Bachelor of Arts in philosophy from UC Berkeley, where she also worked with Berkeley Law’s Death Penalty Clinic supporting underserved individuals on death row. In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors with her family, playing tennis and exploring the Bay Area food scene.
