Glenna McCray is a principal in the San Francisco office.  She sits in the Go-to-Market (GTM) practice, recruiting VP and C-suite executives across sales, marketing, and customer success, as well as sales operations and revenue operations.  Recent work includes clients such as Databricks, Samsara, Datadog, Talkwalker, Sequoia Capital, Marlin Equity and Health Catalyst.

Prior to joining True, she was a Segment lead at Betts Recruiting, where she specialized in placing strategic GTM hires at high-growth technology startups like Pendo.io and Tessian.

Glenna received a Bachelor of Arts degree from UC Berkeley where she studied philosophy. During her time at Cal, she worked for Berkeley Law’s Death Penalty Clinic where she helped underserved men and women on death row.

In her free time, Glenna enjoys running half marathons and frequents Tahoe Donner to go backcountry skiing.
