Erin is a principal in True’s Investment Management Practice. Based in the New York office, she partners with venture, growth and private equity funds to place high-impact investment and operating talent.
Prior to joining True, Erin worked at SG Partners , where she specialized in executing junior and mid-level searches for private equity, hedge fund, and real estate investment firms. In this role, she partnered closely with investment professionals and leadership teams to identify, assess, and recruit top talent across private and public markets.
Erin began her career in equity sales at Stephens Inc., where she supported institutional clients and developed a foundational understanding of the public and broader financial markets.
She graduated from the University of Virginia.
