Kevin recently joined True to launch the platform in Australia.  He joins from Mitchellake Group where he spent eight years, completing over 200 executive searches; supporting startups, NewCos, scale-ups and established tech companies or those undergoing digital transformation (VC/PE, public and private) with C-suite and board requirements.

In VC, Kevin works closely with founders and investors, providing advice and counsel relating to go-to-market strategy.  Typically this leads to building capability around the founders, in both exec (CEO, CRO, COO, CPO and CTO) and non-exec searches (chair, NED and advisory).  He also consults and leads projects with corporate clients seeking advice pertaining to the subject of build, buy, or, partner.  This has seen Kevin complete a range of searches including; chief digital officer, NewCo CEO and principal/partner for CVC's.
