Molly is a partner in True’s Private Equity practice and Finance Practice.  Molly brings unique experience across the private equity industry and past leadership perspective to her role as an executive recruiter.  Previously, Molly was the CFO of a start-up mortgage investment platform, Marlin Mortgage Capital, where she partnered with sophisticated institutional investors to deploy capital in the mortgage servicing rights market.  She has also worked with the distressed credit team at Siguler Guff, and with Fortress Investment Group’s publicly traded REIT, New Residential Investment Corp (NYSE: RITM), and Fortress’s private MSR Funds.

Molly holds a Bachelor of Science in finance and accounting from Lehigh University.  Molly is based in New York and lives with her husband, son and very active Australian shepherd/husky.
