She advises clients on cross-border leadership across semiconductors, electronics, robotics, EV/AV, AR/VR and the broader advanced technology ecosystem, with deep expertise spanning APAC and EMEA.
Tracy helps companies bridge international talent markets, connecting businesses with exceptional leadership across Asia and global markets. She works with public companies, founders and owners of high-growth businesses to identify leaders who bring technical depth, commercial acumen and strategic judgment. Her work is grounded in a nuanced understanding of the cultural and geopolitical dynamics that shape international technology and industrial businesses—often critical to building leadership teams that can operate effectively across markets.
With more than 20 years of executive search experience across global and specialist firms, Tracy has built a career focused on technology and industrial leadership. Before joining True, she was Partner and Co-founder of T-DRIVE Partnership, a boutique executive search firm specializing in technology talent. Originally from Shanghai, Tracy spent 12 years in Hong Kong before relocating to London in 2019. She holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and an MBA from Tongji University.
