Yuzhen has worked in executive search in Australia and China across enterprise software, professional services, financial services, consumer and other industrial sectors, on a range of senior functions.  She has also worked on the client side in an internal executive search role for a leading global private equity firm.

Yuzhen is a graduate of University of Cincinnati with a bachelor’s degree in finance.  In addition, she has completed doctoral level courseworks in organizational behavior and strategic management, and conducted empirical research in the fields above.
