As global chief operating officer and chief financial officer, Kate is responsible for growing and scaling True’s global investments and ensuring operational excellence across the firm.  She leads the firm's global functional departments with a data-forward viewpoint that prioritizes the needs of True’s clients, teams and executive candidates.  Kate also leads and expands the reach of True’s executive search business and broader platform of talent management products and services throughout EMEA and APAC.

Throughout her career, Kate has managed global teams in leadership roles across a range of industries; from financial services, data science, consumer behavior measurement to industrials.  She has a proven track-record for transformational results, and sets herself apart with her ability to connect and bring the best out of people.

Kate was formerly CFO of the EMEA region and global COO of finance at BlackRock. Her combined work in these two roles enabled her to drive world-class strategic business partnership between finance and the commercial, operations and regulatory teams.  Kate also spent close to a decade creating, upgrading and running global investor relations departments at two iconic brands: Nielsen and Stanley Black & Decker.  She was named to the 2011, 2012 and 2015 Institutional Investor All-America Executive Teams for Investor Relations Professionals.

Passionate about her community, Kate has served on the Board of Third Street Music Settlement, Zeckendorf Towers and as a mentor on the Young Executive Board for iMentor.  After living in NYC for 20 years, she is currently based in London with her husband and two young children.
