Leanne Wong is a leadership and organizational coach with a decade of experience helping professionals align their personal and professional goals.  Leanne specializes in developing leadership capabilities for high growth technology companies, to help executives and founders navigate people and talent operations to build high performing teams.  She provides expertise in team effectiveness, culture curation and organizational growth.

An experienced talent professional, Leanne formerly served in talent leadership roles at itBit and Bluewolf. At Bluewolf, a cloud consulting company, Leanne managed worldwide recruiting, career mobility planning, employer brand and succession planning. During her tenure at Bluewolf, the company quintupled in size and was ultimately acquired by IBM. She most recently founded the U.S. division of recruitment consultancy M.C. Partners.

Leanne is trained in co-active leadership and adaptive leadership. She is a Cornell Tech MBA team coach and regularly contributes to the Forbes Coaches Council on leadership and the future of work.  Leanne lives in Austin, Texas with her fiance, enjoys globetrotting and hosting nerdy game nights with friends.
