Uroš leads CEO and Board of Directors searches for high-growth technology companies within industrial transformation, deeptech and climate tech across EMEA and APAC and is Head of the Benelux regions for True.
Prior to joining True, Uros was partner at an Amsterdam-based executive search boutique founded by former McKinsey and Ronald Berger consultants, where he worked with venture capital and private equity investors securing C-suite talent for early-stage startups and mid-cap technology and industrial companies.
Before entering executive search, Uroš worked in scientific research, having started his career as a diplomat in New York, Brussels and Delhi. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in government from Harvard and a Ph.D. in history and civilization from the European University Institute.
