Trish is a principal at True, specializing in VP to C-suite level searches for companies with a concentration in retail, fashion, beauty, lifestyle and CPG.

Prior to joining True, Trish spent several years with a boutique search firm leading a team and supporting clients within luxury, retail, fashion and beauty.  She has a proven track record of delivery and execution while providing a consultative approach leading her to build strong client relationships.

Outside of work, Trish can be found spending time with her husband, two children and rescue dog, Luca.  She enjoys going for long runs, entertaining friends and family and is an avid wine enthusiast.
