Sevag is a partner in True’s CEO & Board practices and is based in the Dubai office.  He specializes in regional strategic, C-Suite and board searches mostly in healthcare, oil and gas, industrial, media and advisory services.

Sevag brings more than 20 years of experience, with particular strengths in high profile recruitments, transformation, performance management, optimization and HR strategy in multi-cultural and plurilingual environments in both growth and volatile markets.

Prior to True, Sevag worked in various C-level functions, the most recent being the largest healthcare network in the United Arab Emirates during Covid-19.  Sevag was the first employee of one of the largest western media groups and was part of the founding team that built a phenomenal organization, becoming a beacon of enlightenment during a critical period for the Arab world.

Sevag started his career within the consulting practice at Ernst & Young Middle East where he worked for seven years.  He holds a masters degree and is fluent in four languages including English, French, Arabic and Armenian.
