Rodolfo Elizondo is a partner in True’s Software & Enterprise Tech and Private Equity practices. Rodolfo works closely with public and private equity-backed companies specializing in CFO, P&L leader and Board Member placements across a variety of sectors including business services, consumer and enterprise software.

Before joining True, Rodolfo gained a wealth of experience in executive search and leadership advisory during his six years at Egon Zehnder. He cultivated talent for pivotal roles in finance, operations and P&L leaders within the services, tech and consumer practices. As a valued advisor worldwide, Rodolfo leverages his deep industry and functional expertise to help clients formulate business strategies and fill key executive positions.

Previously, Rodolfo led the global business consulting business unit at American Express Global Business Travel (AmexGBT), he provided advisory services at Sabre Airline Solutions, and held the role of vice president of direct distribution channels at a major Mexican airline. Rodolfo's expertise spans profit and loss management across diverse operational domains, and developing sophisticated cost strategies and crucial distribution partnerships. His career journey includes pivotal roles at McKinsey & Co. and Grupo Posadas, where he honed his strategic and commercial acumen.

Rodolfo earned a Bachelors of Science in economics from ITAM (Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de Mexico) and an MBA from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.
