Rafe is a partner in True’s London office where he is Head of the Energy Transition, Industrial & Climate Tech EMEA & APAC practices, specializing in go-to-market and strategic C-suite leadership roles.  He was previously the director for strategy and operations for True Search International, where he successfully implemented processes to effectively and efficiently scale the business.

Rafe joined True from Egon Zehnder where he established and led the VC practice, performing search and assessment services for scaling businesses, globally across all sectors.  Prior to search, Rafe started his career at American Express.
