Rachel is a senior associate within True's Product, Data & Technology practice. She specializes in the placement of VP / C-level talent across both consumer and enterprise technology sectors.

Prior to joining True, Rachel spent seven years at a leading technology recruitment and professional services agency, where she built exclusive client-relationships and contributed towards organizational growth within the media and technology sectors. Rachel is highly technical with a strong track record of identifying strategic and leadership-level talent across product, program, data, and software engineering verticals.

Born and raised in the Bay Area, Rachel attended the University of Southern California where she was recruited to play for their D1 women’s soccer team. Though injuries led to an early retirement from athletics, Rachel continued her academic pursuits within USC's Marshall School of Business and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a fine arts minor.
