As a partner in True’s Australian team, Priyanka brings more than eight years of experience working with private, VC, PE-backed and publicly listed businesses across consumer facing industries and technology on C-suite, board and senior leadership hiring.  She focuses on senior leadership roles within the Consumer and Go-to-Market practices at True.

Prior to True, Priyanka was a partner at the MitchelLake group in Melbourne, where she successfully led CEO, CFO and senior commercial leadership searches for well-funded tech startups, scale-ups and established tech companies going through transformation.  She previously worked at The MBS Group, a consumer specialist search firm in the UK, where she focused on global senior leadership searches across the retail, leisure and PCG sectors.

Priyanka holds a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology from the University of Warwick, UK.  Currently based in Melbourne, she has also lived and worked in Hong Kong, London and Moscow, and speaks Russian.
