Consulting and advisory expert Paul Navratil is True’s Regional Lead for the Middle East and North Africa (MENA).  He brings 28 years of experience in driving strategy and change across capital intensive sectors with a specific focus on the impact critical organizational, cultural and leadership imperatives have on enterprise value.

Paul has worked with clients globally to develop and align corporate strategy to organization transformation & change programs, as well as developing leaders’ skills and capabilities to deliver strategy.  Additionally, he has been a key advisor to management teams in many significant M&A and portfolio restructuring activities across these sectors – supporting acquisitions & integrations, divestments, and IPOs.

Paul held various sector leadership positions in global consultancies, in both regional and global roles, and has also worked for a leading global investment bank, as well as in several leading energy companies in strategy and transformation roles.

Paul holds an MBA in International Business from Thunderbird (the American Graduate School of International Management), with a focus in Corporate Finance and Financial Engineering.  He received a Bachelor of Arts from Macalester College in International Studies and has multiple finance and management accreditations.

Currently based in Paris, Paul has lived in 11 countries, and brings a very global approach to business.  He is fluent in English, French and Spanish, conversational in Arabic and Slovak.
