Nelamar focuses on Board, CEO, Go-to-Market and other executive leadership positions across travel, leisure, hospitality, restaurants and broader multi-site consumer businesses, emphasizing a blended “phy-gital” customer experience. She advises clients ranging from large public companies to startups and PE-backed growth companies. Her international experience expands beyond global talent advisory as she has lived and worked in the U.S., Latin America and Europe.

Before True, Nelamar created and led executive recruitment at REEF Technology, a high-growth, PE-backed hospitality disruptor. Previously, she worked at two top tier executive recruitment firms, Spencer Stuart and Heidrick & Struggles. Nelamar’s professional career started in strategic marketing as a founding employee of an Americas B2B technology start-up backed by Telecom Italia Group before she went to the group’s retail operator in France.

Nelamar is based in Miami. She holds a bachelor’s degree in international affairs from John Cabot University in Rome, Italy. She is fluent in English, Spanish, Italian and French.
