Nadia is a principal at True in the San Francisco office.  As a member of the Financial Services practice, her work spans across VC investment professional searches, as well as searches for various fintech roles.

Before joining True, Nadia spent more than 10 years working at Wasatch Global Investors, a boutique investment management firm that builds small-cap and micro-cap public equity portfolios across the U.S., developed, emerging, and frontier markets.  At Wasatch, she focused on business development, investor relations, and strategy, working closely with institutional investors, including public pension plans, corporate retirement plans, endowments, foundations, and sovereign wealth plans.

Nadia holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
