Margot is an associate in True’s New York office and focuses on executive placements within the Life Sciences practice. She has a successful track record
of recruiting for both public and private companies across a variety of functions, therapeutic areas and modalities.

Margot joined True from Korn Ferry, where she primarily focused on search work for early stage, venture backed biotechnology companies specializing in research and development type roles including chief medical officer, chief scientific officer, heads of R&D, regulatory affairs and chemistry, manufacturing and controls (CMC) searches.

Margot received a B.S. in biochemistry from Union College.
