Lauren Lee White is a partner in True's Healthcare & Life Sciences practices. With over 25 years of executive search experience, Lauren is a recognized consultant with a proven record and expertise in recruiting senior-level talent. She has broad functional experience, including C-Suite, Board of Directors, R&D, corporate, and other strategic leadership positions for biotechnology, pharmaceutical, tools, diagnostics and medical device companies, from early stage venture capital to late stage and public companies. 

Prior to True, Lauren was a managing director at another top 10 retained firm where she led the global life sciences venture capital practice focused on C-Suite and Board work.  Previously, she was the global head, executive talent for Merck’s R&D division (Merck Research Laboratories) and executive talent leader at Quest Diagnostics.  Earlier on, she was an EVP & managing director at DHR International and was a core member of the CEO/Board Services and Life Sciences/Healthcare practices groups. 

A former corporate attorney, Lauren began her search career at Korn Ferry in New York and was a key partner in the Life Sciences and Biotechnology practices.  Originally from South Korea, she holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brandeis University and a Juris Doctor degree from Suffolk University Law School.
