Keith has completed a number of board, C-suite and VP-level search assignments.

He has more than eleven years of executive search experience in various industries, including water and wastewater, energy, chemicals, and industrial manufacturing.  Keith has partnered with the portfolio companies of some of the leading venture capital and private equity firms.  Several of Keith’s placements have gone on to be instrumental in leading successful exits for their investors.

Earlier in his career, Keith was a sales executive for Home Décor Products (HDPI), a large online retailer of home improvement products and furnishings that was recognized as #5 on the Internet Retailer Top 500 List in the housewares/home furnishings category.

Keith studied kinesiology and business at Penn State University.  He maintains an active lifestyle outside the office, enjoys sports, working out and spending time with his wife Jennifer and daughters, Jocelyn and Scarlett.
