Kara is a principal in True’s New York office where she focuses on the Fintech Practice.

Prior to joining True, Kara worked at Kingsley Gate Partners where she was a member of the financial services practice.  She focused on placing senior level executives at asset management firms.  Prior to starting her career in search, Kara held marketing and relationship management roles at Morgan Stanley and Institutional Investor.

She attended Fairfield University where she received a degree in marketing from the Dolan School of Business.
