Jennifer is a partner in True’s Energy Transition, Industrial & Climate Tech practice.

Jennifer has placed senior investment professionals at leading climate tech and deep tech funds, including DCVC, Decarbonization Partners and Leapfrog’s Environment and Access Fund, as well as key executives across all areas of climate, including companies such as Amprius, LuxWall, Moxion Power and Nexus Circular.

Prior to joining True, Jennifer spent a decade in executive search both in NYC and San Francisco, where she partnered with the world's top private equity and venture capital funds to build their investment teams.  She began her career on Wall Street, spending three years as an analyst at Greenhill, an investment banking boutique, followed by two years as an associate at Charterhouse, a middle-market private equity firm.  She graduated from Columbia Business School in 2006.

Given her investor background, Jennifer is particularly well-suited to support both early and later-stage climate tech companies as they scale as well as climate funds looking to grow their investment teams.  She enjoys building a customized recruiting strategy for each client, using a combination of strong networking and a research-driven approach to fulfill the search.
