Jasper’s search career started at Heidrick & Struggles in 1999 and he’s since completed 400+ executive searches. He joined True in 2016 after 10 years at Bay Area search firm SPMB. Prior to his search career, Jasper worked in the Strategic Services group at Accenture.
He focuses exclusively in enterprise software, with a functional focus on Sales and Customer Success. Jasper is uniquely skilled at finding "good humans" who qualify in the top .01% of their craft, and do so with authenticity, determination, and industriousness. His placements joined leadership teams that have created $100B+ in wealth creation, including: Databricks, Okta, Procore, Samsara, Flexport, Forter, Highspot, Mulesoft, Fitbit, Uber, Wework, and dozens more future household names.
When he's not hunting white rhinos and unicorns, he hunts two other mythic beasts—his 10 and 8 year old daughters, Kirra and Sasha. Jasper and Michelle are raising the girls by the beach in Encinitas, CA. Sometimes he even gets a moment to sneak in a surf.
